The Network Support Engineer relies on experience to perform a variety of tasks for the team. Specifically, the Network Support Engineer is responsible for providing pre and post -sales support for customers, end users, resellers, and support partners.

**Work very large client and their customers to troubleshoot and resolve complex product issues
**Interface with our support, development and various teams to identify and to resolve product issues
**Must be able to troubleshoot, identify and resolve complex network issues with customers
**Must have proven experience in network management supporting external customers
**Proven experience cultivating and managing customer relations
**Solid IT technical network management as follows:
             -Cisco Technologies - (CCNA, CCNP)
             -Network Security working knowledge/expertise
             -Linux/UNIX OS platform expertise
             -Scripting skills (Python)
             -Windows platform expertise
             -Solid VMWare experience
