  • WORK EXPERIENCE IN MULTI-PLATFORM OPS/PRODUCTION IT ENVIRONMENT:  MAINFRAME, WINDOWS, UNIX(HIGHLY DESIRED)
  • WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF MAINFRAME AND DISTRIBUTED SOFTWARE TOOLS
  • CANDIDATE WILL OVERSEE PRODUCTION AND TAKE CORRECTIVE ACTIONS WHEN NEEDED
  • PROVIDE DIRECT PHONE SUPPORT FOR DESKTOP, APPLICATIONS AND SECURITY/DATA ACCESSIBILITY AND INCIDENT / REQUESTS.
  • LEAD INCIDENT MANAGEMENT ROLE WORKING WITH INCIDENT TICKETS, PHONE SUPPORT WITH VARIOUS TEAMS, DETAILED WRITTEN DOCUMENTATION) OVER MULTIP-PLATFORM MAINFRAME, WINDOWS AND UNIX
  • CANDIDATE MUST HAVE 6-7 YRS. EXPERIENCE WITH SYSTEMS SUPPORT, DESKTOP SUPPORT, HELPDESK SUPPORT AND WORK IN A TECHNICAL ROLE COMMUNICATING WITH VARIOUS TEAMS.
  • EXPERIENCE WORKING IN AN ITIL FRAMEWORK IN HANDLING INCIDENTS, PROBLEMS AND CHANGES
  • EXPERIENCE WORKING IN A FAST PACED/DYNAMIC IT ENTERPRISE ENVIRONMENT
  • STRONG ORGANIZATIONAL, PRIORITIZATION, COMMUNICATION AND PROBLEM- SOLVING SKILLS
  • LEAD AND MENTOR SHIFT TEAM MEMBERS
